When your child reaches the age of 16 they will become eligible for the Disability Support Pension and the Pensioner Education Supplement (subject to meeting residency requirements).
The school will supply the necessary documentation shortly before your child turns 16.
If, however, your child is over 16 and you require documentation for Centrelink to access either of these payments, please contact the school office on 9836 3810 or email tallowood-s.school@det.nsw.edu.au.
